I always like when prosecutors try to take the sting out of the cross by asking their witness about their baggage. It means the jury gets to hear it twice. And they usually don't cover it all, so it makes it looks like they were glossing over it.

Imagine your lawyer taping you without your knowledge or consent. This easily gets you disbarred. And it is criminal in most states.

I have no problem with witnesess speaking publicly and talking smack. But come on, don't we have to let the defendant respond? The gag order doesn't seem fair.
