We cannot wait any longer for action to be taken to address the issues in clinical academia that we all recognise need fixing. If we delay/continue to ignore the issues, there will no longer be anything left to save…

As an UG - told I was throwing away my career by intercalating in soc anth (i still use the skills I gained). Post PhD - told I should focus on children (I didn’t have any kids at that point) rather than an academia. As a SL - told women don’t/can’t be successful academics.
