me and ADHD UK were just on radio 4 talking about ADHD meds shortages and the presenter abruptly cut BOTH OF US off mid sentence 😆 yes we have ADHD so that means we’re going to speak quickly and explain things in a roundabout way!!!!!!

this is maybe really weird but as an ADHDer i think i genuinely have about 90% of my best ideas while having a massage lol bc i’m forced to actually sit still (or lay face down) with my thoughts but the body pressure means there’s enough stimulation that it’s not torture

i think the biggest source of grief since my autism diagnosis is realising that i’m going to have to carefully manage my every move, decision and energy-usage every single day for the rest of my life just to stay afloat/okay/not burned out
