Alongside £500m in military funding, the UK is providing vital equipment:

Sorry to bother you Rt. Hon Ben Wallace MP . Fellas are concerned that the ULEZ vehicles are not getting by to Ukraine. British-UkrainianAid are not responding to emails, despite them putting out a call for drivers. There’s little evidence that any vehicles are getting there and rumours abound.
