On #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek we want to talk about the importance of movement and moving more for our mental health. Here at GDA we offer a range of weekly Wellbeing activities for deaf people which focus on exercise like organised walks to beauty spots and seated exercise.

We are excited to welcome Louise, Abbie & Richard as GDA’s new Trustees. Together our new Trustees bring a wealth of knowledge and experience and working with our new CEO, Danielle, they will support the charity into an exciting new period.

It's Deaf Awareness Week! It's so important that all members of the community are made aware of fire safety. Yesterday, our coffee morning featured a talk from Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service and was interpreted into British Sign Language. 👨‍🚒👌😀
