Glad Bhaktaprasad Bhyaguto featured in this fine review of environmental children's literature by Meghaa Gupta. She seems not to have seen the companion volume, 'The Leech and I and Other Stories', which features leeches of course, and slugs, snakes, mosquitoes, crows, etc.

Lovely to see so many children listing 'A Home of Our Own' as their favourite book Tulika Books - this was my first book for children :)
