On the 29th of April, the annual Aiki Shrine Festival was held in Iwama as the annual spiritual cornerstone for the Aikido Community, guided and headed by the Ueshiba Family and Doshu, Moriteru Ueshiba, President of the IAF.

After the meeting, the delegation of the FRMAKIJ had the honor to be received by Doshu and Dojocho.

On Saturday (April 28) a meeting was held in the Aikido Hombu Dojo, between the board of the FRAMKIJ, headed by Abdelhamid Elidrissie, Shoichi Kamiya, Director of the Int. Dept. of the Aikikai, and Wilko Vriesman, Chairman of IAF.

The 14th International Aikido Summit will be held at the National Olympics Memorial Youth Center, in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan.

The Royal Commission at Yanbu Industrial City provided one of their buildings to be used as headquarter for the Saudi Aikido Committee. The facility is more than 1900 m2.
The request was made through the Ministry of Sports and the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee.

Today, on the 14th of January 2024, Sunday, the Aikido Hombu Dojo's Kagami-biraki Ceremony took place in Tokyo, Japan.
