Trophy count is too simplistic when evaluating a coach, especially in age grade. We have to lean into other factors as well:
1. Style of play
2. Number of players continuing to the senior/pro game
3. Recruitment and development (b'se schools kids can only play for up to 4 yrs)

Alvin Nkamba is a good coach with a budding career. Like every young coach, he has a lot to learn and that comes with time.

No one is more dedicated to handling a schools rugby role; one that requires so much sacrifice with very little appreciation.
