🚨🚨 New paper alert🚨 🚨 in nature on the emergence of the latitudinal diversity gradient in planktonic foraminifera, with Isabel Fenton Alex Farnsworth🌻 Tracy Aze & Paul Valdes. We found the modern gradient emerged ~15 Ma, driven primarily by speciation!
