An excellent suggestion, from someone actually qualified to speak about this issue - unlike too many who wield power over road design priorities.
What do you say, Bham City Council?
A dangerous idea whose time may have come!

Thank you, Liz Clements, for everything you've done to begin to turn the tide on Birmingham's transport justice problem.
This is a setback for anyone who doesn't believe that only car owners should be able to get around our city in safety and dignity.
Adding my appreciation for Adam Tranter's good work.
It's a real achievement to have made our city better while in this role, and I hope others will build on what he has done to make this a greener, fairer, and more pleasant place in which to live and move.
