🇧🇸 Earlier today during the International Labour Organization Global Skills Forum, the Honourable Pia Glover-Rolle, Minister of Labour & the Public Service for The Bahamas joined a high-level panel to discuss skills for a human-centred triple transition:

🗨️We must embrace upcoming challenges as opportunities aligning plans for labour market development with proposed solutions to our national challenges - said the Honourable Minister as she outlined interventions including a new National Apprenticeship Programme for The Bahamas🇧🇸

🇸🇷 Our discussions in Suriname continue today through a courtesy call with the Honourable Albert R. Ramdin, Minister of Foreign Affairs. The meeting was an opportunity to identify areas of cooperation between the Ministry and ILO Caribbean 🤝
