This year's theme for IWD is 'Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress'. At REEdI we encourage women in STEM to learn & succeed. We have a strong cohort of female student engineers, engage with projects aimed to encourage girls to study STEM & our team is made up of inspiring women.

We were delighted to welcome Tim Crowe, CEO of WrxFlo, to give a lecture on ‘The importance of Visual Management in Operational Excellence’ to our 2nd year student engineers. It's hugely beneficial for them to see how organisations have weaved Lean Six Sigma into their approach.
