Last year saw 2300 athletes from 10 countries battle it out in Llandaff Fields, Cardiff for the UK's most prestigious cross country event and this year we will be back for more action.

Some amazing performances at London from the team. Run of the day must go to Louise Flynn for running 2:43:52 which was a 6 minute PB, a Welsh over 40 record and 2nd place in the Welsh Marathon Championship! #bravo #legend Welsh Athletics
