Severe Weather is a near certainty tomorrow. We are expecting damaging winds, tornadoes, and large hail. Heavy rain and localized flooding are also possible. Areas of concern and timing are shown in the graphics. #BeWeatherAware #lawx #mswx

Wednesday is one of those days where you need to be weather aware all day! Find your favorite broadcast meteorologist or weather app, get some new batteries in those Weather Radios and ensure your Wireless Emergency Alerts are turned ON!

Quick update on the timing for the severe weather on Wednesday. With the new weather models and our analysis, we noticed there is a chance for severe storms to develop AHEAD of the main line of storms. BOTH of these have a chance for damaging wind, tornadoes and large hail.

Severe thunderstorms are expected to produce several tornadoes, significant large hail, and damaging winds across much of Texas towards the Lower Mississippi Valley through Wednesday morning and across the Gulf Coast States on Wednesday.
