Such positivity, fantastic thought-provoking discussions, as well as amazing network building opportunities today - I so enjoyed presenting with Kirsty about our work on leadership and employability training for students at the #LTconference23 LEED #manmetproud
Great to be involved in this work with Steph Valentin and Nick Sculthorpe on injury prevention programmes across a range of sports. IPPs reduce injury by 29% regardless of age and sex, but not if they are unsupervised.
