Dereliction & vacancy continues to be a serious issue in Drogheda. The town now has a large number of historic 'buildings at risk'. Matthews pub (known as McPhails), Laurence St. A structural issue arose to the front elevation c. 5 yrs ago resulting in closure. #DerelictIreland
