A working group of past and current Journal of Pediatric Psychology & CPPP editors convened to develop a Diversity Dimensions Checklist based on the ADDRESSING framework. The full editorial is available at the link in the previous post.

Parents are often supports, even as we age. Social support is critical to post-transplant longevity. We can both foster strong self-management skills in young adults while still allowing their support systems to be involved. An important convo during period of ⬆️ graft loss.

Today was the day! We kicked off the WE CHATT physician directed intervention! Thank you to NIH NHLBI NINR for funding this program of research. Thank you to my many collaborators and mentors, the MDs who eagerly signed up, and the patients who fueled the WHY and HOW!
