This morning I was laid off by NPR along with the majority of this amazing team. We just launched our new season last week after reporting/producing it for over a year. Sending all the love to free samples sam j leeds Soraya Shockley y'all are superstars and they did us dirty.

my time NPR has been more trying than i have words for. they talk mad talk, follow thru weak as hell.

I was laid off from NPR w/ my brilliant team Louder Than A Riot.

As a 1st time SP, leading a year+ of reporting w/ limited resources was rough. Launching w/ the layoffs hanging over us was too. And being asked to finish the show knowing we lost our jobs is by far the hardest.
