Find contentment in all possible outcomes so that what ever happens you will never lose your gratitude.

Skiing for me has always been my act of worship to God. I worship the Creator by doing what I was created to do. He gave me the talent and opportunities, so I’m going to go out there and use every one as an act of worship.

Someone handed me a gold medal when I was young and told me that someday I could have one too. It convinced me to chase my dreams and never give up. If I can convince one kid to shoot for the stars it’s worth a thousand photos.

If there is one lesson that you can learn from my story it is that you don’t have to be defined by the limits placed on you by others. I was an awkward, shy kid with secondhand equipment. I mowed lawns in the summer and shoveled snow in the winter to buy my own gear.
