1st week of induction for our latest group is complete! Focus this week was on employer/ employee expectations & goal setting. Mental health & well being was also a primary focus for Kirstie & the young people, as they work together to prepare for placement with a local business

Our team had a great meeting in the The Whiteinch Centre We had updates on engagement, training, partners we're linking in with, how the induction is going for latest group, progress reports on current trainees & all great work being done by local businesses to support the program.

The young people really enjoyed working in our new learning space in The Whiteinch Centre. Lots of progress made today on CITB Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 health & safety test revision plus COSAC - The Compliance & Skills Academy Ltd Safe2site modules. Pathfinder trainee Jack has recently completed a placement with an outstanding local employer, CSD Air Conditioning Ltd. Jack made a brilliant impression with the company & has now moved into a Modern Apprenticeship. Massive thank you to Carlo & his team for all their support #jobs #YOUTH
