The 2d Amdt does not require immunity for manufacturers and retailers for lawsuits stemming from mass murders. Congress enacted the laws shielding gun profiteers from liability. They can be repealed.

If you repeal the Second Amendment, here’s what remains:

~45 state constitutions protect gun rights

~45 states preempt local gun regs

25 states eliminated the req to even get a permit to carry concealed.

The politics & culture are determinative, not the Constitution.
