No surprises here: US does not “believe” the ICC has jurisdiction over the situation in #Palestine (and thus, over Israeli nationals allegedly committing crimes in Palestine). Totally at odds with US support for ICC jur. over Russians alleged to have committed crimes in Ukraine.
To date, despite repeated allegations that its armed forces bear responsibility for international crimes in Syria, Russia has not been brought before any court or tribunal for its actions. We Open Society Justice Initiative are trying to end that. opensocietyfoundations.org/events/tqvhrhq…
