Adding User Context to Autogen

Autogen's `ConversableAgent` class has the `initiate_chat` method. The `message` param takes a callable as well. This can be used to pass user context to the Agent.

Made a new contribution to AutoGen!

It's a notebook that demonstrates Multi-Agent tool use with GPTAssistantAgents through a funny example. The agents query a Dad Joke API, convert the Dad Jokes into Sad Jokes, then write the Sad Jokes to a text file.
