In his tribute to Baba Adebayọ̀ Faleti, Kongi summed the man up nicely: still waters run deep. I remember being in the audience the day Baba Faleti explained the difference between ìṣirò and àṣílù. It was an epiphany. This was the Yoruba backdoor into calculus.
