Malaysia reiterates its policy of only implementing UN sanctions, and pushes back on US concerns about STS transfers facilitating iran etc trade. Unsurprising, given that this is trade that neither Malaysia or China admits to. Targeted not broad sanctions likely

Venezuela: UST reissued GL8 that allows baseline activities of US oil service companies. Nothing much to see here, it has been rolled over every six months since 2018. The interesting activity now is with specific licenses not general ones, many pending.
