On the sidelines of the ongoing KOAFEC, MoS Richard Tusabe met Choo Kyung-ho, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Korea.

MoS Richard Tusabe also held bilateral talks with Mr. Hee-sung Yoon, the chairman and president of the EXIM Bank of Korea, where they co-signed 2 financing agreements including US$ 120 million to rehabilitate Kigali-Muhanga road, and US$ 42 million to renovate Kabgayi hospital
