How different are White evangelicals from other adults in wanting to punish women who have abortions? We ask this a couple of ways. 1) It's clear most White evangelicals don't want to arrest women who have abortions. But 2) they're definitely more likely to want that than others.

What % of Americans characterize abortion as murder? In our new data, it's about 25% of all Americans. And only White Evangelicals are the group where a majority (54%) say that. Nobody else even reaches 1 in 3.
