Isn’t it insane that we have to pay a tax to the Gov every time we buy a single thing? Like… why?

And this is after paying revenue taxes, property taxes, inheritance tax, investment profits tax, etc.

How were we brainwashed into accepting this?

What problem does a CBDC solve? Deputy Governor Andrew Abir just announced that he sees a CBDC as a way for the central bank to become a competitor with commercial banks.
