Watching the Black Guillemots ( Foracha dhubh as Gaeilge) at Gyles Quay. These Black Guillemots used to nest in rough holes in the stonework of the pier at Gyles Quay. When the council repaired the quay drainpipes were built into the quay wall to act as artificial nesting holes.
