Thanks to Neil Crowther I'm in a conference of organisations selling products to older people. Just fascinating. We in social care and heath have so much to learn about how we understand and relate to our 'customer'. Not a trace of ageism.

Seriously worrying re the ability of care homes to function given we already have a recruitment crisis.

Sian Lockwood Neil Crowther How many care homes have double beds with 'care' rates and 'hotel' rates? So one person pays a high rate for full support and the other a lower rate for just bed and board. The care rate is reduced if the spouse also helps their loved one. Alternative models?
