THREAD: What is happening in UK universities is astonishing. Right now about quarter of universities are laying off staff. Almost all universities expect to make a loss this year. And the entire thing is happening in an effort to deceive the population about migration statistics.

In case you missed it yesterday - we’re now working with University of Michigan to make Aberdeen University Press even better. I’d be delighted to talk to any prospective authors and editors!

Another example of what 'community over commercialization' (SPARC ) can mean. Shared values extend across international borders. Thank you, Simon Bains and the visionary Aberdeen University Press team for advancing diamond #openaccess on academy-owned infrastructure. This is the way.
