Definitely the seagulls getting into bags, but it would help if people were a bit more proactive in when they put them out and then clearing them up too if needed.

As volunteers, we try our very best to keep the streets of Splott clean, but this is what we face on a daily basis.

Most of the unsightly mess comes from this type of incorrectly presented bin bags. Today is recycling and food waste, not general waste day.
