Day 11 of #12DaysWild we are using clouds to meditate. Find a spot outdoors, close your eyes, and feel the earth beneath. Open your eyes, focus on a cloud, and breathe. Observe its shifts with each breath, just like clouds in the sky, let thoughts come and go. βοΈ
