Tonight moths were on the wing, not deterred by rain.
A male pale brindled beauty on the window attracted by the kitchen light. Females are wingless. The males search for females on the bark of trees. Males are variable in colour and fly from January to March.

Day 11
Another blue sky day and the only water was the sea. Obligatory paddle … yes, it was freezing!
Beautiful rivulet patterns in the sand.

Day 11 of we are using clouds to meditate. Find a spot outdoors, close your eyes, and feel the earth beneath. Open your eyes, focus on a cloud, and breathe. Observe its shifts with each breath, just like clouds in the sky, let thoughts come and go. ☁️
