For example, SB6 and AB2011. These bills - marketed as game changers - have produced basically nothing. All the mandates make them too expensive to use.

Tonight we are in Santa Ana where the city council is considering a resolution to exempt every eligible parcel in the city from #SB6 and #AB2011 . What’s unclear is, Why?!? This flies in the face of past policy; City of Santa Ana has been a leader in making room for new housing.
