An unknown C130J flying over Aberdyfi, Wales this morning, not on adsb, 2nd pass, first pass flew right up the Dyfi estuary as I exited the coffee shop, no chance of a pic, then it came back around 10 minutes later where I was a little better prepared. #machloop#wales#hercules

Good morning all, I'm currently driving to Aberdyfi in north Wales... It's a beautiful place made popular in the 70s with the craze of neck lumps and virgin births. (strangely usually 9 months after the fair comes to the village). 🤔
Family hol near Aberdyfi, general birding - Mon (pic 1): Dyfi Osprey Project - 1 ad and 1 young Osprey seen well at nest site; Wed (pic 2): early am seawatch at Tywyn - some Manxies flying north, Gannets. Red Kite seen from hol cottage.
More good birding this week on Aberdyfi hol incl Wed early a.m. - Osprey flying over estuary seen from hol cottage, Manxies 150+ together over sea close in plus more passing through just north of Aberdyfi also Sandwich Terns here. Wheatear, Goosander, Sanderling etc seen.
