My dad was a quadriplegic Air Force vet who, after becoming paralyzed, went back to school and got a degree in U.S. History. He helped me with #Brooklyn45 ’s script and died the day after we completed it. He was the best, and I wish he could've seen the film he worked so hard on.

I watched this on Shudder tonight. It's definitely my favorite from 2023, so far. Original plot. Classy look. Old school ghost story. But the ghosts aren't just about the spirits. It's also about the ghosts of the past. The movie all takes place in 1 room. 8.5/10
