Subsequently in #Budget2018 Hon FM Himanta Biswa Sarma (Modi Ka Parivar) expanded the list & had further announced the inclusion of 8 middle tier towns in #CityInfraDevelopmentFund
These towns have population above 40K where urban amenities will be provided at cost of Rs 100 cr per town
