#BuiltWithEinstein I demonstrate how I used Prompt Builder to craft a lead-scoring scenario, assigning points based on criteria like title, company size, engagement, etc. Then, with Copilot Builder, I seamlessly assigned ratings to leads based on their scores.

Here is an example of field generation prompt action I built a field generation prompt action, Which takes the Accounts, Contact's Name and BirthDate of the contact and generates a summary for the contact, I use this action on the Contact's description.

I used a prompt technique called 'Few Shot Promoting' to summarize customer feedbacks and give a sentiment score :)
