Stern look whilst I did his morning physio earlier today. It's much easier now he's able to sit in my lap and not have to be held (as he hates being restricted!).

Physio is everyday, twice a day, whilst he's well. When he's unwell we use his nebuliser too! #CFWeek #CFWarrior

The boy's first yellow outfit for #CFWeek !

H calls R's #CysticFibrosis his 'boo boo on the inside.' The compassion he shows his little brother gives us hope. If a 3 year old can show that level of understanding of a #HiddenDisability , then through awareness, so can others!

The little champ himself is sporting yellow for #CFWeek .

The theme is #Research and without research this little guy would be unlikely to reach adulthood (I'm talking about all the CF research here). Recent research has taken his life expectancy from ~30 years to >70 years!
