In Massachusetts, it's unthinkable that children continue to be denied coverage because of their immigration status.

The Act - and the coalition behind it - can change that. I was proud to join them yesterday to show my support.

Unfortunately, HB2210 to died in a House subcommittee last night on a party line vote. The uninsured rate in Virginia for kids who are citizens is 3.7% compared to 48% for undocumented children. I thank Kathy Tran for continuing to be a champion on this issue.

Check out that line of support for !

The Health & Human Resources sub is recommending the full committee advance the bill!

It's another critical step for 13,000 children who are currently barred from quality, comprehensive coverage.

Having health coverage as a child has positive impacts for the educational, health, and financial well-being of children and their families.

It’s time to and become a national leader for children’s health coverage and a champion for their futures.

Virginia ranks 25th in the nation for uninsured children. It's time to change that by supporting initiatives like to provide comprehensive healthcare access for all children. Pass the Cover All Kids bill in the House Appropriations. Mark Sickles Luke Torian
