In Massachusetts, it's unthinkable that children continue to be denied coverage because of their immigration status.
The #CoverAllKids Act - and the coalition behind it - can change that. I was proud to join them yesterday to show my support.
Unfortunately, HB2210 to #CoverAllKids died in a House subcommittee last night on a party line vote. The uninsured rate in Virginia for kids who are citizens is 3.7% compared to 48% for undocumented children. I thank Kathy Tran for continuing to be a champion on this issue.
