.Wegmans Food Markets pharmacy told us we need a new Prior Authorization to fill a biologic; the old Prior Auth has expired & CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield/CVS Health's CareMark won't approve the claim without a new PA. So I'm trying to pull up the approval criteria

I certainly donโt expect CVS or any other company not to be profitable. However, I still maintain excessive (2000%) markups are not reasonable.

The drug is in the formulary but now Insurance company is refusing to pay for it -$10k cancer med. Heโs already in catastrophic level (should be paid 100%).
