We celebrated Drop Everything And Read (DEAR) Day during our Zero Grades sessions. We strive to engage children more in reading activities. It's a wonderful to see the progress of our children who, just 3 months ago, struggled to read any text.

Earlier today, I joined the Rotary Club of Muyenga Tankhill as they visited the People Concern Children's project in Kikubamutwe. In a bid to commemorate D.E.A.R. Day, a couple of reading books were given out & the Rotarians also got involved in the reading together with the pupils.
