After 6+ years of campaigning to end the #energychartertreaty , the European Parliament just put the last nailed in the #ECT coffin. The EU exit is now confirmed. One more blow to the #ISDS regime.

❌several countries have plans to exit including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Poland, Slovenia & Luxembourg.

What will the UK do?

Denmark will withdraw from the Energy Charter Treaty, but will still work for approval of the modernization and collective EU withdrawal
