I was in the middle of rescheduling my flights via email before my check in deadline when Norse Atlantic Airways’s support stopped responding to me. I am appalled at the lack of support and am requesting a refund for my flight as Norse Atlantic Airways did not honour my flight change request.

I get to try out Norse Atlantic Airways for the first time this week, and I’m SO EXCITED!!!

Any tips or advice about flying them from people that have flown them before?

Meghan Lauzé Norse Atlantic Airways Go careful with Norse and using any links pretending to be them. Same thing happened to me and then the people I contacted were scammers and emptied my bank account!

When you confirm in writing that you would like a flight changed, you would think that the airline would actually change your flight.

Unfortunately, Norse Atlantic Airways did not do this, forcing me to emergency book a new flight and refusing to compensate me for their error.

Awful.
