Leg day: Stiff-Legged Deadlift, 45 lbs on each side. 3 sets, 8-10 reps. After review: stood more firmly not putting weight on toes, tightened grip, and again kept neck fixed. Amazing how we subconsciously want to slack to make the workout easier.

2nd upload today: The Decline felt smooth too! Good thing the therapist had extensive sports medicine knowledge. She even gave me tips on all my workouts! Gonna start using them in future workouts.

Back/Biceps/Abs Day: Rowed 100 lbs. Used a more firmer stance after this set. The weight felt right but it's never not a good idea to slack on form, better safe than sorry.
