1974 – Go ShockersTFXC dominates the 3,000-meter steeplechase in the MVC outdoor track championships in Denton, Texas. Randy Smith wins with a time of 9:14.1, followed by Steve Shaad and Hal Hays with Bob Christensen in fifth place.
It’s been a month since I’ve been at Riverfront but we’re back for game 28 of 2024. It’s also Go Shockers hat giveaway. The Arkansas Travelers and Wichita Wind Surge are meeting up for Thirsty Thursday. I saw Harry Ford in Everett last year for the Everett AquaSox and now he’s with the Travs.
