Big thanks to Great Run #GreatManchesterRun for organising a Visually impaired start. Setting off a couple of minutes in front of the main runners makes a huge difference- It's safer and more enjoyable. Charlotte ran 1hr38 💥Fantastic support from the runners & spectators 🏃🏼‍♀️🧡

Made it back to #wythenshawe #parkrun this morning in my 'vintage' #GreatManchesterRun t-shirt. Reminded me just how long I've been 'having a go' at this running malarkey! Remember, the tortoise always wins the race 😉
