Saw a man and a kid sleeping in the middle of the day on the greenbelt (around F-8 Markaz), I felt so depressed. I don't think God will forgive us for abandoning this section of the society and the man who wanted them help them is rotting in jail.

This is what I mean when I say that Oakland has 12 Golden Gate Parks worth of parkland. Look at the little green sliver in SF that constitutes Golden Gate Park, and then look at the huge greenbelt in Oakland.

The Williamson Creek Greenbelt has gone so far downhill.

I was told today that they are cleaning this camp out within the month.

Let's see if it happens. Just talked to a guy that received housing. Yet he chooses to stay on the green belt and keep his room for showers.
