Estella Hernández Gillette was hired as a secretary at NASA's Johnson Space Center in 1964. Over her 41 years at @NASA working with engineers, astronauts, and executives, she was promoted to become a member of the center's leadership, making its workforce more successful and diverse. #HHM23
