📆⚓ 11 DEC 2003 arrived home in Sydney from the Middle East Area of Operations. In addition to 396 boardings the crew conducted, 3 sailors also saved the lives of four Iraqi merchant sailors whose tug sank in heavy seas in the northern Persian Gulf.

Guided Missile Frigate, returned to her home port of Fleet Base East, Garden Island, Sydney following a 6 month deployment to the Middle East region. The deployment, under Operation MANITOU, was the ship's sixth and final deployment to the region.
